I can facilitate a professionally handled estate sale, as well as trusted cleanup/cleanout crews to haul away any unwanted or unsellable personal property – the estate would then be given the proceeds of any items sold.
Home Maintenance: It is important to keep the house maintained during this process in order to maintain the most value & avoid any further stresses or pitfalls. I can arrange for yard crews, plumbers, electricians, etc., to make sure the house is properly maintained.
